Coming into the HSE I did not think I would benefit a huge amount as I grew up in a healthy family, had nutrition and movement education at dance school and did a health course at uni. I mainly joined for the yoga videos and to get more into eating wholefoods. However, my expectations were blown away! The HSE and guidance from my Health and Wellness Coach Kristine have made a huge impact in my life in a short amount of time, and I know the impact will be enduring as this program is made for gradual, sustainable and holistic progress!

I am now in week 11 and have had so much progress and still more to come. There’s always room for leveling up, as I’ve learned! Kristine and I were colleagues in a company that required frequent international travel. During that time, I was always impressed by her commitment to fitness and health despite constantly being on the go. It's been about 2.5 months and it's been quite good. I've learnt about health and nutrition from the webinars inside the HSE. I've also been taking the wholesome health products to flood my bodies with more fruits, veggies and berries. I've been noticing that I have more energy for each day. I have more cravings for healthier food choices, not out of self-discipline to eat healthy but naturally my body desires it more. And recently I haven't been experiencing any period pains. Compared to before, I used to get such terrible period pains which is an internal sign of hormonal imbalance (another thing I learnt from the webinars).
